One of the places on our list of places to stop has long been the Rattlesnake Museum in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Having a snake of our own (Bobbi, our Ball Python), has fascinated us, and what better way to learn more about snakes than a visit to the Rattlesnake Museum.
Most of the snakes there were indeed different varieties of rattlers, but there were others, like this tank of Ball Pythons
as well as other reptiles, scorpions, tarantulas, etc. I wish I had written down the names, but here are a sampling of rattlers:

Hi family! I am so happy you were able to visit The Rattlesnake Museum and that they also display Ball Pythons! Janet has told me what a wonderful place it is.
Have you checked out my recent pictures? (See the link above to all of them.) On 7/18 Dave photographed me with my beautiful BLUE eyes. http://www.allvidzhaze.com/images/herp/bobbi/bobbi-071809-10.jpg
You know what that means! I’m going to shed very soon and the Hazens keep asking me to do it when they are in the room. But it’s all up to nature. When it comes to shedding, when you gotta, you gotta!
I also had a very nice meal and an exciting dream about meeting the President!
Enjoy what remains of the vacation!
Hisses and God Blesssssssssss

Hi Bobbi-
It’s good to “hear your voice” — thanks for writing! I see your blue eyes, and your dull skin. Hope you’ll be in your new skin soon! I’m glad that David and Janet get to witness the transformation. Tell them to keep the tank nice and moist to help it along.
And I must say, I’m a little concerned about your intentions toward the new president. It’s early; give him a little more time 🙂
